  • No counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items are allowed.

  • The organizer reserves the right to approve or deny any product or display deemed unsuitable.

  • Vendors agree to promote their participation in the event on their social media channels and other marketing platforms.

  • The organizer will provide digital promotional materials to support vendor marketing efforts.

  • Vendors are required to maintain a clean and professional display throughout the event.

  • The event organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.

  • Vendors are encouraged to secure their belongings and manage their booths responsibly.

  • Vendors are required to carry their own insurance for liability and product coverage.
