Event Registration & Ticketing

Failure to comply may result in removal from the Event without a refund.

Cancellations & Postponements

• The Event organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, venue availability, or governmental restrictions.

• If the Event is canceled, ticket holders will be offered refunds or credits toward a future event.

• Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, lost or stolen property, or unforeseen circumstances.

• The Event organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the Event.

• Attendees agree to release the Event organizers, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims arising from participation in the Event.

Media Release

• By attending the Event, you grant permission for your image, likeness, and voice to be recorded and used in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, and advertisements.

• If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify Event staff upon arrival.

 

Privacy Policy

• Any personal information collected during ticket purchase or event registration will be used solely for event management and communication.

• We do not sell, rent, or distribute your information to third parties without your consent.

 

Health & Safety Compliance

• Attendees must comply with all health and safety regulations, including venue policies and government-mandated health guidelines.

• The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who do not adhere to health and safety protocols.

 

Vendor & Sponsor Participation

• Vendors and sponsors must comply with all Event guidelines and agreements.

• The Event organizers reserve the right to remove vendors or sponsors who fail to meet their contractual obligations.
